Some things are a test of character.
We’ve just headed into our third COVID lockdown, and it looks like my daughter’s exams won’t happen this summer.
She’s 17, and remembering myself at that age, I know I’d have been tempted to take my foot off the pedal, studying wise.
(I had girls, games and beer to keep me busy.)
Since then, thankfully, I’ve learned the difference between LOOKING good and BEING good.
Even better, my daughter knows it already. When I brought this test of character up, she gave me that special look that teenagers reserve for there parents.
if you have kids, you may know it.
